The Senior Solutions Consultant will drive technical components of enterprise deals, partner with sales to deliver impactful demos, scope implementations, and gather market feedback for product strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the enterprise sales team to support discovery calls and demos, articulating Built In’s capabilities and strategic value
Deliver high impact product demos to clearly show how Built In helps companies improve their employer visibility and reputation across AI/search
Scope custom implementations and requirements for strategic accounts
Clearly demonstrate ROI of the platform
Service as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams
Gather market and customer feedback to help inform product roadmap priorities and go-to-market enablement
Join new business demos and winback demos
Ability to translate product capabilities into customer-specific workflows and use cases
Comfort discussing integrations, data flows, and AI/search concepts at a functional level
Lead solution design during the sales process
partner with Customer Success for post-sale implementation handoff
Influence win rates and deal size across enterprise pipeline
Improve demo-to-close conversion rates
Provide actionable product feedback that informs roadmap and GTM
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering or pre-sales role within B2B SaaS
Strong technical fluency
Start up experience required
Experience with AI tools, SEO or search platforms
Deep curiosity about AI and search
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally
Nice to have:
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping bring structure to evolving products and go-to-market approaches
Builder mentality with a track record of creating or improving processes, tools, or playbooks from the ground up
Experience working in early or growth-stage environments where roles and responsibilities evolve quickly
Strong point of view on how AI and search are changing how companies attract and engage talent
