Hover is expanding its enterprise platform capabilities as some of the largest property, insurance, and construction companies adopt our technology to power their workflows. To support this growth, we are building a Solutions Architecture function focused on enterprise enablement and integrations. As the Solutions Architect Lead, you will help our largest customers successfully implement and scale Hover across their organizations. You’ll partner closely with customer technical teams, Product, and Engineering to design integration architectures, guide enterprise onboarding, and ensure that complex workflows are implemented reliably and at scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems with customers and influencing product direction based on real-world implementations. As the first Solutions Architect in this area, you’ll also help define the playbooks, technical patterns, and operational foundations that will shape how enterprise implementations work at Hover going forward.
Job Responsibility
Lead enterprise technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops
Design and guide implementation of integrations using APIs, SSO, data pipelines, and partner systems
Translate customer workflows into clear technical specifications and implementation plans
Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product roadmap based on enterprise needs
Troubleshoot complex technical issues through debugging, log analysis, and system investigation
Develop integration playbooks, architecture documentation, and reusable solution patterns
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise stakeholders throughout onboarding and expansion
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Implementation Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, webhooks/events, SSO (SAML or OAuth), and data integration patterns
Proven experience delivering complex enterprise implementations across multiple systems and stakeholders
Strong ability to translate business workflows into technical architecture and implementation documentation
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both engineers and executive stakeholders
High ownership and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice to have
Experience in insurance technology, property technology, inspection workflows, or operational enterprise platforms
Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance concepts such as SOC2, identity management, or data governance
Experience creating implementation frameworks, onboarding playbooks, or reusable integration templates
