Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, with a focus on Salesforce architecture and integration strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of software development principles and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and refine enterprise and solution architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives
  • Create scalable roadmaps for Salesforce and integrated systems to support business and operational needs
  • Define and advocate for architecture principles that enhance DevSecOps practices, system reliability, and continuous delivery
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integration methodologies
  • Contribute to governance practices, security assessments, and compliance reviews for the platform
  • Manage and oversee release processes and deployment activities for Salesforce and connected systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices and standards
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges related to system architecture and integration

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of the .NET Framework and database management systems
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and continuous delivery principles
  • Ability to design scalable and reliable software solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication abilities for collaboration with various teams
