Job Description:

Glean is looking for a Senior Solution Architect, APIs to help engineers build internal-facing AI chatbots, agents, and search applications. You'll work closely with customers to implement Glean's APIs and SDKs, then translate those real-world learnings into best practices for the broader AI engineering community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Scale 1:1 API learnings across the customer base by turning real-world use cases and design best practices into architecture guides and turnkey solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with engineers, technical leaders, and power users
  • Bring embedded integrations to life by building sample UIs and widgets
  • Evangelize the 'Build on Glean' vision through compelling demos, conference talks, meetups, forums, and customer hackathons
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams
  • Empower developers to build with Glean's APIs and SDKs by creating high-quality code samples, documentation, tutorials, how-to guides, and blog posts

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in outbound solutions architecture
  • Strong track record of understanding customer requirements, translating them into architectural best practices, and packaging product solutions to customers
  • Hands-on experience as an engineer
  • Deep understanding of AI models, tools and frameworks, and agent development
