Job Description:

As a Senior Solution Manager for Azure Digital Platforms, this position involves managing a multi-solution portfolio concentrating on public cloud services like Azure, collaborating on go-to-market strategies, ensuring quality control across bids and delivery, and influencing business development in a fast-paced IT consultancy environment.

Job Responsibility:

Create, develop and maintain a multi-solution portfolio
report on BDM projects and activities
develop hiring, training, and certification plans for consultants and sales teams
oversee and adjust solution reviews based on sales, delivery, and customer feedback
guarantee high-level quality control from bid process to project delivery
manage overall profitability of solutions and business cases
contribute to go-to-market strategy and portfolio development
monitor and manage customer experience and satisfaction
collaborate with partners/vendors on solution offerings
act as a thought leader in your domain
contribute to sales opportunities and bid orchestration
monitor and manage solution pipeline and forecasts.

Requirements:

Solid experience, passion and motivation for creating, developing and (co-) managing a service portfolio
being or wanting to be an Inetum ambassador and living the Inetum purpose
ability to handle stress and a multi-focus job in a fast-paced environment
experience contributing to service/business offerings
customer-focused and aiming for long-term relationships
strategic thinking abilities with tactical and operational skills
entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development
pro-active, strong-willed, dynamic, ambitious and results-driven
excellent communication and negotiation skills
fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to have:

Experience as a 'thought leader' in your field
ability to communicate effectively on C-level
ability to collaborate internationally with partners/vendors.
