You will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and performing operational acceptance tests. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, ensure post-project activities are completed successfully, and contribute to the overall technical understanding of end-to-end solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide application support by handling incidents and service requests
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently
  • Perform application operation tasks to ensure smooth functioning
  • Execute operational acceptance test activities to validate system performance
  • Work with various operating systems including Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android, as well as databases
  • Utilize Kubernetes experience to enhance application integration and monitoring
  • Demonstrate a good command of written and spoken English to effectively communicate within the team and with stakeholders
  • Leverage telecom knowledge, especially in RAN (Radio Access Network) and Core Network, to contribute to project success
  • Prepare system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests to ensure quality deliverables
  • On call support required (once a month)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Years of experience (5-8 years) of experience
  • Proven experience in application support, troubleshooting, and operational activities
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Telecom knowledge, particularly in RAN and Core Network, is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with MS Azure and Amazon AWS is a plus
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience in system testing and acceptance testing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a SAFe environment
  • Basic understanding of MongoDB Atlas
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Scripting and coding proficiency is advantageous
