Job Description

A publicly traded SaaS company sitting at the center of enterprise AI readiness, Microsoft 365 data governance, and cloud data protection is hiring two Senior Solution Engineers in Los Angeles. This is a Western U.S. enterprise SE role supporting large, strategic accounts where security, permissions, governance, resilience, and AI readiness are becoming urgent priorities. The company supports 28,000+ customers and works with roughly 40% of the Fortune 500.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead technical discovery, tailored demos, and solution presentations for enterprise customers and prospects
  • Partner closely with AEs to map stakeholders, shape account strategy, and move complex opportunities forward
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, SOWs, and other technical sales materials
  • Engage with Microsoft 365 admins, collaboration leaders, information security teams, AI leaders, enterprise architects, and other technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Senior SE / Solution Engineer / Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in data security, resiliency, governance, compliance, backup, data protection, or adjacent enterprise SaaS
  • Strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, especially Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, Copilot, governance, identity, security, and AI readiness
  • Comfortable running technical demos for large enterprise customers, ideally 5,000+ user environments
  • Strong balance of sales acumen and technical credibility—polished enough for enterprise stakeholders, but hands-on enough to configure solutions and build deep technical demos
