Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Design Engineer to lead the development of innovative, cost-effective, and operationally efficient contract logistics and warehousing solutions across diverse industries. This role plays a critical part in translating customer requirements into scalable supply chain solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams including business development, operations, engineering, procurement, and IT. The ideal candidate combines strong logistics operations knowledge, commercial acumen, and analytical capability, with the ability to confidently engage customers and deliver winning proposals.

Job Responsibility

  • Design end-to-end contract logistics solutions covering warehousing, transportation, inventory management, automation, and value-added services
  • Conduct operational studies, data analysis, network optimization, and warehouse layout design
  • Develop manpower plans, productivity models, capacity analysis, and storage calculations
  • Create and enhance SOPs, workflows, and process improvements to drive operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and recommend automation and technology solutions (WMS, robotics, conveyors, MHE)
  • Lead RFQ/RFP solution development, including pricing strategies and proposal preparation
  • Build costing models, financial assumptions, and commercial proposals
  • Support business development activities including client presentations and solution pitching
  • Ensure solutions are operationally feasible, competitive, and profitable
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to remain industry competitive
  • Engage with customers to understand business needs, challenges, and supply chain requirements
  • Collaborate across internal teams (operations, IT, finance, procurement, engineering) for solution alignment
