Job Description

OnePlan Solutions, LLC seeks multiple Senior Solution Consultants in San Marcos, CA to deliver complex software solutions based on OnePlan Solutions and Microsoft solutions. Participate as a member of the OnePlan Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs. Work with a Solutions Architect to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements Participate in the hands-on building of the solution leveraging core OnePlan Solutions. Perform testing to ensure the solution performs as designed. Other duties as assigned. Job HQ is in San Marcos, CA, but the position may be performed remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver complex software solutions based on OnePlan Solutions and Microsoft solutions
  • Participate as a member of the OnePlan Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs
  • Work with a Solutions Architect to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements
  • Participate in the hands-on building of the solution leveraging core OnePlan Solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • Demonstrated ability with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning
