Senior Solution Consultant - TMS

We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant - TMS to join our team! At Microlise, we don't just build exceptional technology, we create solutions that transform how our customers operate. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in making sure every engagement delivers genuine, measurable business value and real-world operational impact. In this high impact role within our Value Creation & Enablement team, you'll lead value driven discovery conversations, design outcome-led solutions, and demonstrate customer impact using the MEDDPICC framework. You'll define a customer's "before" state, shape meaningful "after" outcomes, and build the proof-of-value that underpins Microlise's market story. You'll be the person who ensures every opportunity is rooted in real customer pain, every solution is built around outcomes, and every deal is backed by evidence-led value.
