Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with sales representatives and customers
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of large, customized solution proposals
  • Define opportunity-specific strategies with sales representatives
  • Guide customers toward customized solutions and projects
  • Lead discovery meetings, pitch solutions, and participate in road mapping discussions
  • Respond to RFx requests, scope solutions, craft messaging, and prepare impactful customer-facing presentations
  • Take charge of opportunities alongside sales reps
  • Coordinate with consultants and specialists to deliver cohesive and effective solutions
  • Develop a specialty in industries, products, or methodologies
  • Deliver compelling demos of the Infor M3 Cloud Suites and other solutions
  • Contribute to the development of services
  • Participate in training initiatives
  • Enhance ways of working by updating templates, evaluating processes, and supporting organizational improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Experienced from a similar commercial presale or Consultant role
  • Strong teamwork, fast learning, and adaptability
  • Exceptional communication and presentations skills
  • Significant experience working with the Infor M3 ERP or Infor Cloud Suites
  • A structured approach to tasks and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 days per year (primarily short trips)
  • Valid VISA or Swedish Citizenship
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish
