Job Responsibility:
Articulate a Vision: Transform an organization’s current environment into a tangible vision of the 'Future of Work' through interactive demonstrations
Solve Complex Challenges: Propose how Workday’s AI Platform for HR and Agents solve critical business concerns and drive massive operational efficiency
Lead with Innovation: Help customers achieve real-world results through constant technological evolution
Discovery & Strategy: Analyze prospect requirements to create tailored demonstrations that highlight Workday's differentiators, specifically focusing on the value of Machine Learning, Generative and Agentic AI in HR processes
Advanced Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of the full HCM suite highlighting the technological advantage and handling objections with confidence
AI Evangelism: Articulate the business value of Workday’s 'Trustworthy AI' approach, explaining how it enhances decision-making, reduces bias, and automates administrative burdens without compromising security
Collaborative Sales: Partner with Account Executives, Value Managers and Service Executives to build the business case for transformation
Market Insight: Stay updated on Workday’s latest acquisitions and AI roadmap to effectively compete against other vendors in the Spanish market
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting role (SaaS preferred or AI Platforms)
Deep functional knowledge of Human Capital Management
Strong understanding of how Artificial Intelligence, ML, apply to Enterprise Platforms and Software
Familiarity with the concepts of Agentic AI, Orchestrations and Generative AI usage in enterprise environments is highly desired
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Spanish and English
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-Level business audiences
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple complex sales cycles, and adapt quickly to new product features and acquisitions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the concepts of Agentic AI, Orchestrations and Generative AI usage in enterprise environments is highly desired
