Senior Solution Architect Department: Global Tech, Merchandising Technology Location: Warsaw, Poland Type of employment: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours) THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and pragmatic Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of merchandising technology solutions, focusing on the design and implementation of vendor-supplied software adapted to our business processes and technology landscape. This role is responsible for designing how systems interact and integrate, ensuring that technology solutions directly support business needs while remaining scalable, cost-effective, and maintainable. It also includes aligning technical solutions with architectural standards while prioritizing business outcomes. This role is critical in bridging business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and maintainable solutions are delivered. The role involves ensuring that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural standards. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure that implemented solutions truly enable our merchandising strategy—while also remaining sustainable, interoperable, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
