Job Description:

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Solution Architect who is passionate about AI and experienced in guiding large enterprise customers through complex, transformational initiatives. This role focuses on working with strategic accounts to shape AI strategy, enable intelligent experiences with Copilot and agents, and help customers modernize at scale using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft cloud.

Job Responsibility:

Own and deliver the end‑to‑end FastTrack experience for customers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality engagement across strategic accounts
Provide proactive architectural guidance to help customers avoid risks, remove technical roadblocks, and accelerate time to value
Lead and shape AI adoption for customers, including guidance on Dynamics 365 Copilot, first‑party and custom agents, and AI‑enabled business processes
Partner with customers to define and execute AI transformation roadmaps that align to business outcomes, responsible AI principles, and enterprise readiness
Continuously improve the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 experience by collaborating internally to influence product capabilities, processes, and policies - while capturing actionable insights and data
Evangelize FastTrack and Microsoft’s AI vision across field sales, engineering, support, Dynamics partners, and customers

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work OR equivalent experience
3+ years of customer-facing experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work or internship experience OR equivalent experience
4+ years of customer-facing experience
Experience with Dynamics 365, including customization or extension of business applications
Familiarity with the Microsoft sales process and tools
Experience implementing cloud-based solutions, ideally within Microsoft technologies
Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
Experience designing or implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure
