We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to define the technical blueprint for a critical, enterprise-wide transition to Windows 11 within a major energy transmission network. This strategic role involves reconciling modern workplace features with rigorous availability and security requirements, leading the discovery and design phases to ensure a seamless migration for over 1,000 users. Operating within the Digital and Technology division, you will architect a "Security by Design" endpoint environment that bridges the gap between corporate IT and sensitive operational technology.
Job Responsibility:
Define the end-to-end architecture for the Windows 11 environment, ensuring alignment with strategic data platforms and contemporary architecture principles
Lead the architectural audit of current hardware and software to identify compatibility gaps, particularly for specialized tools used in Network Operations
Integrate essential security measures such as Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker, and TPM 2.0 protections to meet strict industry standards
Architect solutions that maintain rigorous network segmentation between corporate IT and sensitive OT environments to prevent lateral movement
Validate proposed architectures by designing and overseeing Proof of Concepts (PoC) for high-risk components and legacy application emulation
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in ICT architecture, with a proven track record of leading OS migrations in large, complex enterprise environments
Advanced expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Windows 11 internals, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
Direct experience architecting for utility or critical infrastructure organizations with converged IT/OT networks and strict regulatory compliance needs
Strong ability to conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to identify system design bottlenecks early in the discovery stage
Relevant industry credentials such as TOGAF or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certifications
What we offer:
