Job Description

Senior Solution Architect acts as a member of on-site/remote project teams and uses in-depth knowledge of customer business and processes to design and implement Blue Yonder solutions on medium to large supply chain transformation programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Works as a leading member of a professional services team on Blue Yonder product implementation/enhancement or customer audit projects
  • Works with customer business and IT teams during all project implementation phases
  • Provides leadership to functional consultants team during implementation cycle
  • Serves as a functional expert and participates in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
  • Implements, configures, tunes Blue Yonder product to given functional specifications in the implementation, carries out tasks towards modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers’ business objectives
  • Works closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements
  • Provides mentoring/training to junior associates within Blue Yonder organization

Requirements

  • +8 years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing in industries like (e.g. FMCG, CPG, high-tech, consumer electronics, metals, automotive, etc.)
  • Great understanding of the overall planning processes (demand management, supply chain optimization, replenishment/fulfilment, manufacturing, factory planning and scheduling)
  • Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications (BlueYonder/i2/Manugistics/JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe is required
  • Business level fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Right to live and work in the European Union

  • Machine Learning/Data Science concept knowledge
  • Experience in supply chain software implementation
  • Agile knowledge
  • Fluency in additional European languages
  • Python and SQL skills
