With a deeply integrated Projects practice spanning London, Scotland, Dublin and the Middle East, the firm offers lawyers the chance to work on headline-making transactions and cutting-edge energy transition projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising IOCs, NOCs, governments and financiers across the full value chain of the oil & gas and LNG sectors
  • Work spans upstream M&A, project development, midstream and downstream financing, gas market regulation, and energy transition technologies including CCS, hydrogen and SAF
  • Be front and centre in client relationships, with opportunities to develop your own practice and contribute to strategic growth

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' PQE with strong transactional experience
  • Solid contractual and negotiation skills
  • Oil & gas sector experience (M&A, project development, financing and/or trading)
  • Commercial awareness and ability to assess and manage risk
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to business development
  • Willingness to travel and work across jurisdictions
