Job Responsibility:
Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services
Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle
Handles the prioritization and delivery of the digital product roadmap
Creates technology and product roadmaps
Develops innovative ideas that co-exist with existing technology and products
Executes complex analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization
Designs targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
Coordinates with Marketing, Content Strategy, and PR teams on planning and executing successful deployment and launch of new products and services
Provides leadership and authorizes continuous and cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups
Mentors and coaches team members
Manages and approves product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps
Develops actionable insights pertaining to the annual budget needed to address digital product needs
Requirements:
7+ years of experience with product management and / or product support experience
3+ years of experience focused on IT or Digital product
1+ years of experience with business intelligence and relevant data analytics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)

Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
