In this role, you will operate as a hands-on delivery manager for a small team of 360 recruiters, helping to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from the genesis or sourcing strategies through to the closing and successful placement of candidates. Within your role, you will be tasked with helping build and maintain strong client relationships - new and existing, sourcing, and qualifying candidates yourself with a leading-from-the-front mindset while supporting your team member in identifying areas of improvement and providing solutions to their recruitment lifecycles . Additionally, you will oversee knowledge transfer - coaching and training - regarding the core technologies your team recruits in across the broad remit of software.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Required experience working as a recruitment manager, overseeing a team of 3+ recruiters
Prior recruitment experience, ideally within Software Engineering
Experience within Financial Services is a plus
Desire to operate as a 360 recruiter, and managing a team of 360 recruitment professionals
Strong relationships management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented approach to achieving targets
Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
Demonstrated experience in leading teams, setting performance goals, and consistently exceeding targets
