Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead moderately complex initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, design and develop software solutions, and provide technical leadership within the technology domain environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Should be hand on developer and understand the different workflows within Open Link Endur
Should be able to lead a team of developers
Work with Middle Office and Front Office teams
Work with multiple stake holders and ensure timely delivery of the projects

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of overall Software Engineering experience
3+ years of experience in Open Link Endur
Mandatory Experience in Open JVS, Java, Open Components
Should have knowledge of Commodities Natural Gas, Crude and power trading
