Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Requirements:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of experience in implementation of Identity and Access Management solution (from multiple vendors like SailPoint, IBM-ISIM, Oracle IAM)
4+ years of experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL
Should have experience in SCIM and REST APIs
Ability to design and integrate new IAM solutions with existing infrastructure
Has good leadership skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology /Engineering
