Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer role at HSBC working with Oracle Fusion environments, providing support, managing access, planning changes, and ensuring system security through patching.

Job Responsibility:

Work as a team member providing support to Fusion Environments
Manage Access Management and availability of multiple nonproduction environments
Plan and communicate upcoming changes and outages to stakeholders
Perform cyclical patching of on-premise servers to ensure protection against cyber threats
Report and communicate status to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven 5+ years of experience in managing multiple development environments in a previous support role
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Experience with Oracle Fusion products would be advantageous
Proven written, spoken and presentational communication skills
Proficient in HSBC tool sets particularly JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
Experience using or configuring GitHub for Agile development use would be advantageous

Nice to have:

Experience with Oracle Fusion products
Experience using or configuring GitHub for Agile development use
