Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our ServiceNow engineering team. This role focuses on Service Catalog, workflow automation, and Generative AI integration to improve enterprise service delivery through intelligent and conversational technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and associated workflows using Flow Designer
Automate service delivery processes by implementing and optimizing ServiceNow workflows
Integrate Generative AI capabilities into ServiceNow to enable intelligent recommendations, summarizations, and enhance Virtual Agent interactions
Build and maintain Conversational Catalogs using Virtual Agent Designer for intuitive, chat-based service experiences
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to catalog items, workflows, and integrations
Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and Gen AI advancements to continuously improve platform capabilities

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Service Catalog and workflow automation
Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), and REST/SOAP integrations
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including tables, Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideForm, etc.)
Experience in building and managing ServiceNow reports and dashboards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher certification
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise platforms
Familiarity with Virtual Agent Designer and building conversational interfaces
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments
