We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team! This is an exciting time to join our group and work on something highly strategic to Microsoft. The Foundations Performance Engineering Team builds the systems and tools that make Microsoft’s Power Platform and Dataverse fast, reliable, and cost-efficient at planetary scale. We design the performance architecture that underpins every customer scenario - from low-latency APIs to large-scale AI workloads. Our engineers specialize in distributed systems optimization, telemetry and workload management, and deep runtime analysis across Service Fabric and AKS. You will join a highly skilled team that thrives on solving complex scalability challenges, driving measurable capacity gains, and ensuring that millions of users experience a seamless, high-performance platform every day.
