Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer role at Wells Fargo focusing on leading technical initiatives, designing and developing solutions, and providing expertise in payment-related applications on the Pega platform

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
Lead projects and act as an escalation point
Provide guidance to less experienced staff
Act as key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices
Support internally developed and externally purchased applications
Provide technical implementation of solutions supporting business functionality
Work with multiple teams including Product, IT, QA, Release Management, Infrastructure
Offer coaching and mentoring of the Pega Program
Design and Development responsibilities with expertise on payment-related applications on Pega platform
Evolve & innovate tooling techniques to accelerate development, test and deliver lifecycles
Provide subject matter expertise and third line support for production issues

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience
3+ years of Payment Industry experience
4+ years of Pega PRPC Development
CSSA certified minimum
4+ years of RDBMS/NoSQL Development
4+ years active participation in Agile methodology
3+ years of Pega Smart Investigate for Payments
2+ years of Swift Payments / Wires or other payments specific experience
2+ years' experience with Test Automation and Performance Benchmarking tooling
