Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer role at HSBC's GPS Technology team, participating in delivering banking solutions including requirement gathering, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance

Job Responsibility:

Participate in delivering banking solutions including requirement gathering, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
Participate in development process including requirement gathering, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
Participate in low level design and conduct POC when necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Extensive hands-on experience within Agile projects, with a strong understanding of the Sprint, CI/CD and release testing lifecycles
Good Communication and coordination skills
Self-motivated team player with demonstrated problem solving skills
Risk management skills
Collaborative working style
