Job Responsibility:
You will work closely with applied scientists and engineers on designing and building both backend platform capabilities and core Copilot scenarios aimed at delighting our customers
You will design and deliver scalable, high-performance features that power next-generation AI experiences
You'll define architecture, implementation plans, ensure robustness and solid test coverage, and improve processes to contribute to our best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Nice to have:
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience
5+ years industry experience with one or more of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Systems, Information Retrieval and/or Data Mining
Ability and effectiveness working end-to-end in a technical problem domain (plan, design, execution, continuous release and service operation)
Experience in software engineering fundamentals, including coding, problem solving and data analysis skills
