Senior Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using modern frameworks and programming languages, including .NET Core and web frontend technologies
• Lead the creation of new software solutions, guiding projects from initial concept to final delivery
• Modernize and improve existing internal systems to enhance functionality and performance
• Apply and promote best practices in software development, such as agile methodologies, testing, and robust instrumentation
• Utilize and refine CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and efficient software deployment
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and growth
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimize disruptions
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and a high standard of communication
• Document workflows and project details using internal management systems
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in software craftsmanship

• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in C# and .NET technologies
• Solid experience with .NET Core or .NET Framework 3+
• At least 2 years of web frontend development experience, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as familiarity with frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
• Strong knowledge of relational database design and SQL
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including PaaS and IaaS offerings, and experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, with a strong grasp of software design patterns
• Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product owners and UI/UX designers
• Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git

Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools is a plus
