Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Architecture and Engineering Group as part of Consumer Technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, mission-critical, scalable solutions with best-in-class cloud technology and platforms that offer differentiated user experiences to all our engineering partners.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Work with product teams to deliver quality products through Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Inspection
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of full stack development experience in Java
4+ years of Angular development experience
2+ years experience developing API’s

Nice to have:

4+ years of experience with Agile practices
3+ years of experience with systems architecture design
2+ years experience with UX design and development
1+ years of experience with MongoDB
1+ years of experience Kafka
Microservices development experience
Experience with development and Test Frameworks, Capabilities & Tools
Experience with one or more CI/CD capabilities Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Groovy, Artifactory, GIT, Sonarqube, Harness IO, Spinnaker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Experience with one or more additional Platforms: Kubernetes, Grafana, Elastic/ELK, Kafka, Kibana, Splunk, Apigee
Experience with Cloud Platforms such as Openshift Platform
