Senior Software Engineer

• Develop and perfect the architecture of our diverse multi org Salesforce Implementation, actively contributing to architectural and development discussions and decisions
• Constantly strive to optimise our systems and motivate your team to do likewise
• Foster sound development practices and ensure high quality delivery of solutions
• Contribute to discussions and be actively involved in the decision making of our architecture and development
• Embrace and promote agile methodologies across the team

• 5+ years in Designing and developing front-end interfaces using React and back-end services with Node.js
• 3+ years Experience and understanding of cross platform development architecture with technologies such as Java, Python, Kubernetes and JavaScript frameworks (like Angular, React)
• Ability to take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end features
• Salesforce Development experience is a plus
• Experience in package based development, VS Code, SFDX and ability to analyse the business processes, Design the CRM flows in Salesforce, and also provide custom solutions for specific business requirements
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders and share knowledge
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture, which needs to support large data volume limitations and follow best practices
• High initiative and intrinsic motivation for the further development of your own understanding of technical solutions
• Fluency in the English language
