Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a fully autonomous professional responsible for the technical health and engineering practices of your team. You will build, test, and deploy reliable, scalable, and user-centric cloud-first solutions. Guiding other engineers through the full software development lifecycles; Strengthening DevOps culture and Agile delivery practices; Troubleshooting production incidents and providing on-call support; Writing clean, secure, and well-tested code using modern patterns; You will join a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary 'squad' operating within an APAC matrix structure. Our teams are custodial, meaning they own and operate specific marketplaces or platform services (such as Candidate, Hirer, or AI Platform Services). You will work alongside a diverse group of experts, including Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Engineers, and Iteration Managers. In this role, you will act as a mentor to entry-level engineers and a key contributor to our internal communities of practice.
