Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead initiatives, design and deploy projects, and collaborate on technical challenges within the technology domain.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Build and manage data pipelines and model workflows
Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
Ensure model governance, versioning, and performance tracking
Integrate with ML models and have multiple ML model integrations based on iterative learning results

Requirements:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of ML lifecycle, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
Knowledge of statistics, deep learning, and data engineering principles
Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for building LLM-powered applications

Nice to have:

Experience with LLMs
generative AI
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and services like Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow
Exposure to Google ADK for ML
Exposure to ReactJS
