Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead moderately complex initiatives; design and document technology domain projects; and collaborate with teams in Hyderabad.

Job Responsibility:

Design
code
test
debug
and document for projects and programs
review moderately complex technical challenges
resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs
collaborate and consult with peers
colleagues
and mid-level managers
lead projects and act as an escalation point
provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
design
develop
and maintain custom applications using Power Apps
automate business processes with Power Automate
build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
develop and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents
collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services
ensure security
compliance
and scalability of Power Platform solutions
troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications
provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience
training
military experience
education

Nice to have:

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science
Information Technology
or related field
experience as Power Platform Developer or similar role
strong knowledge of Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
and Power Virtual Agents
experience with Microsoft 365 services
proficiency in JavaScript
familiarity with data modeling
API integrations
RESTful services
excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
knowledge of Agile development methodologies
experience with ALM practices for the Power Platform
