Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
  • Develop highly complex original code
  • Verify program logic by performing/leading the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs
  • Perform/lead overall systems testing and the migration of applications to production
  • Lead projects, allocate and manage/mentor junior resources and perform code reviews

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong knowledge of .Net, Java, Angular Java Script, RAECT, HTML, XML, Hibernate, Services
  • Experience AI/ML & Implement AI workflows such as data preprocessing, training, validation, and inference pipelines
  • Understanding of SOA concepts and technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST
  • Good experience on Oracle/SQL Server
  • Junit/TestNG frameworks exposure
  • Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD)
  • Able to do Test Automation
  • Experience with delivering projects using Agile software development techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies and systems
  • Doing Test development
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to lead and drive the team ensuring defect free deliverables and also motivate the team to perform better every day taking up more ownership and accountability
  • Must possess innovative and Out-of-box thinking while developing advanced technical solutions to business problems, and grab opportunities to improve system resiliency
