Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer. Business: HASE Technology

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure solutions, leveraging automation to streamline operations
Monitor system performance, proactively identify potential issues, and drive incident response and root cause analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, and security) to integrate reliability best practices into the entire software lifecycle
Develop and manage automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Optimize cloud resources, cost management, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years in IT operations or Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on infrastructure management and system optimization
Proficiency in operation control tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or similar languages
Solid experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including services like EC2, Lambda, Kubernetes, and containerization
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, networks, and applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have:

3+ years of dedicated experience in cloud service operations, with expertise in cloud-native architectures and microservices
Certifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent
Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio) and observability tools (e.g., Jaeger)
Familiarity with DevOps culture and practices, including agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
Proven experience in developing IT operation and maintenance tools using Python, demonstrating the ability to automate complex workflows and solve real-world problems
