Job Description:

Within your role as Senior Software Engineer no two days will look the same; with a variety of projects there’s always something new to learn. Job Responsibility:

Involved in a variety of projects within the Software Engineering team such as regular stand ups, fixing bugs, project, and design, and supporting junior members of the team
Part of sprint reviews and demos, product release cycles and reports

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science or other related technical discipline, with a solid understanding of its practical application
Demonstrable, hands-on experience working as a Software Engineer
Industry experience in C# and .NET
Object oriented concepts such as polymorphism, inheritance etc., taking this further with knowledge of SOLID principles
SQL experience using Microsoft SQL Server
Working knowledge of Unit Testing
Experience of coaching and mentoring others
Working knowledge of Design Patterns and optimisation techniques
Good knowledge of all forms of testing
Passionate and positive, with a real thirst for knowledge and wanting to succeed
