Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead moderately complex initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, design and develop software solutions, and provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Software engineering experience in developing integrated and secure enterprise or web-based applications using .Net core, C# and ASP.NET Core Web API
3+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL
3+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ
Experience in Micro Frontend and Microservices
Experience in RESTful API design
Experience with API development and knowledge of common design patterns
Experience with unit testing of .Net core and React
Familiarity with any of the Reconciliation tools like Xceptor, Intellimatch etc.
Experience on PowerBI
Knowledge of Playwright script
Hands on experience doing analysis, coding, and debugging Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc.
Experience managing applications in a cloud environment (Azure, Google, Amazon Web Services)
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience with any cloud technologies such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with automated deployment CI/CD tools like (Jenkins, Gradle, UDeploy)
Experience with "test" centric development methodologies including Test Driven Development (TDD) & Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with financial services technologies and banking processes especially in Reconciliation area
