Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead moderately complex initiatives, contribute to large scale planning, design, code, test, debug, and document projects, and collaborate with peers and colleagues to resolve technical challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience
4+ years of hands-on experience in Java coding
2+ years of experience in Angular or React
Exposure to Spring boot and Spring Framework
Strong hands-on experience in Designing, developing and maintaining distributed streaming applications using Java, J2EE, Spring frame works
Hands-on experience of Cloud technologies, primarily on PCF
Hands-on experience in messaging systems like Solace, Kafka and Apache Flink
Working experience on distributed caching technologies like Coherence, Ignite, Redis
Experience in collaborating with development groups and having strong system design and architecture capabilities

Nice to have:

Good knowledge and exposure of front to back trade life cycle events for Fixed income Trading and primarily on Asset backed finance
Good Communication and presentation skills
