Microsoft 365 and Copilot are significant drivers of Microsoft’s success across the commercial landscape. The Microsoft 365 Growth + Incubation (MG+I) team is focused on incubating and accelerating growth across Microsoft 365 with AI-powered experiences like Copilot, incubating new product capabilities, and driving partner-led scale. We help customers become Frontier Firms—organizations that embrace AI to reimagine work—by embedding intelligent agents into workflows and shaping product-market fit through tight feedback loops. We are seeking a skilled and visionary Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-powered multi-agent systems. You will architect intelligent, secure, and scalable agent-based platforms that integrate deeply with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Microsoft Graph ecosystem. This role is foundational to our AI transformation journey and will shape the future of agentic architecture at Microsoft and extensibility to our partner ecosystem. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to build scalable, secure, and compliant agentic systems that extend the reach of Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll define the technical foundation for partner extensibility and ensure the architecture supports rapid innovation and enterprise-grade performance. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond
