Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer role at Wells Fargo focusing on leading technical initiatives, designing and coding projects, resolving complex technical challenges, and working with DevOps, cloud technologies, and automation tools.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges
Lead projects and act as an escalation point
Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Participate in Release Engineering
Participate in Enterprise programs like Chaos Engineering, Gradle migration, PCF Migration, UCD migration

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience
4+ years of overall experience in IT industry
4+ years of experience with secure DevOps and deployment automation to VM and cloud environments
Experience with Tools/DevOps & Cloud: DevSecOps, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Sonarqube, Github, Svn, Clearcase, Confluence, Jira, Fortify, Checkmarx, Udeploy, Ansible, Puppet
Experience with Automation: Perl, Shell, Python
Experience with Cloud Technologies: PCF, GCP, Cloud Native
Experience developing solutions for Highly Available deployment (blue-green) model
Experience working with agile methodology
Experience providing design and automation solutions for application onboarding
Experience providing solutions for automated database deployment
Experience creating automated scripts for reporting and monitoring
Experience building self-service capability solutions
Experience with cloud migration in GCP and PCF
