Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead initiatives, contribute to strategy planning, design and develop software, resolve technical challenges, and guide less experienced staff. Job Responsibility:

lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
contribute to large scale planning of strategies
design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience
minimum 4+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot and Micro Services
have good hands-on experience with Angular
experience with Kafka
good knowledge of Oracle and Mongo DB
experienced in overall design, unit testing and automation testing
experience with cloud platforms like - Azure, GCP, PCF or OpenShift
experienced in Agile software development principles
good understanding of non-functional requirements and software design best practices
experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Karate
good experience with CI/CD tools

Nice to have:

knowledge of public cloud and application modernization
strong communication and presentation skills
willingness to learn and work on AI and Gen AI projects
