Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer responsible for development and support of Oracle-based applications using PL/SQL, OFSAAi and data warehouse functionality needed to deliver solutions to business partners in the Corporate Finance Technology group within Enterprise Information Technology.

Job Responsibility:

Development and support of Oracle-based applications using PL/SQL, OFSAAi and data warehouse functionality
Provides technical consultation and support in development of computer applications within Oracle Datamart
Analyzes business requirements, architects and writes technical specifications
Supports OFSAAi version 8.0.9 and above data flows
Develops Informatica workflows to support data load, transformations
Verifies program logic by overseeing preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs
Participates in overall systems integration testing
Analyzes and troubleshoots various Oracle performance issues
Performs migration of applications to production according to SDLC model
Develops documentation and user guides
Acts as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related technical field
4 years of experience in software engineering
4 years of Informatica experience
4 years of PL/SQL experience
4 years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience
4 years of UNIX experience
3 years of application production support experience
3 years of experience writing relational database queries for stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning
2 years of Perl or Shell experience
2 years of OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) development experience
