Microsoft 365(M365) Intelligent Conversation and Communications Cloud is the platform that powers billions of real-time customer conversations across Teams, Skype, Dynamics, and third-party solutions (through Azure Communication Services). IC3 Policies and settings are critical to drive adoption and revenue of Teams. We grew our global Teams MAU from 50M to 330M since 2020 through addition of over 600 controls spread across 50 policies and 25 settings. Our policy platform is a hyperscale platform serving 75 unique policies resulting in 3 billion runtime resolutions per day. Join the IC3 policy team, where we are at the forefront of modernizing tenant policy administration for Microsoft Teams. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of scalable microservices that support secure, intelligent, and compliant policy enforcement across global and sovereign cloud environments. You will play a pivotal role in integrating AI and Copilot capabilities into policy workflows, enabling proactive insights, automated governance, and enhanced user experiences. This role demands technical depth, architectural leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver resilient and enterprise-grade solutions.
