Job Description:

Join HSBC in the role of Senior Software Engineer to develop and implement IT solutions, conduct testing, and ensure high quality deliverables while working in an inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users' requirements
Conduct system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation
Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.

Requirements:

A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline
Bachelor Degree or above, with CET-4 or equivalent English level
2-5 Years working experience on AS400(RPGLE and CL on iSeries) is required
Familiar with API or Cloud will be strong advantage
Test-driven development and Agile experience will be strong advantage
Strong problem solving skills and communication skills
Fast to adapt to English working environment
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
