Senior Software Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer. Participate in technical design of features with guidance; Take ownership and accountability for production incidents, in terms of timely communication, escalation and incident hygiene; Identify potential system improvements and explain their benefits; Support the establishment of a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data; Continuously contribute to code, ensuring compliance with all relevant controls and standards including relevant Service Management Standard; Keep up-to-date and have an understanding of the specific impact of the functional delivery, the business context of change and how a delivery may impact other functional areas; Lead production incident reviews for the team
