We’re an incubation team within Microsoft Copilot Studio building something fundamentally new: AI agents that can operate as teammates in the enterprise - agents that can take on multi‑step work, operate across contexts, retain memory, and handle novel problems with minimal supervision. These agents collaborate with users across Microsoft 365—participating in conversations, coordinating in Teams, documents, and acting across productivity tools—reliably enough that enterprises can trust them with real responsibilities as part of the working team. This is greenfield platform work at the intersection of distributed systems, applied AI, and user experience. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help define how autonomous agents operate within enterprise environments and shape the architecture that enables them to run reliably at scale.
