Job Responsibility:

Participate in the various stages of a development project, such as requirements gathering, development, testing and implementation
Perform system design, coding and testing under the guidance of a supervisor, and according to the Bank’s development standard and meeting quality requirements
Work closely with other global IT teams in project implementation and support

Requirements:

6+ years IT working experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related disciplines
Solid business knowledge in treasury products including foreign exchange, fixed income, equities and derivatives
In-depth understanding of HSBC CIB business, processes and regulations
Technical knowledge and understanding of a variety of new and old technologies and architecture patterns: inc. Cloud, iSeries, Java
Proven record to drive Best Practices, DevOps and Agile
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English

Nice to have:

iSeries, RPG, CL and Java programming
IBM MQ or other message queue
Control-M or similar batch job tooling
Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, G3
Solid Knowledge of Agile and DevOps
Knowledge of cloud platform, e.g GCP, AWS, Azure, AliCloud
