Job Description:

KAYAK is seeking an Engineer to join our diverse and dynamic Email Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing specialists to design and scale a world-class marketing platform. You’ll help build and optimize systems that deliver personalized, meaningful messages to millions of users—encouraging engagement and keeping KAYAK top-of-mind for travelers.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and improve backend services handling large-scale messaging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and build features
Debug and optimize full-stack solutions
Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
Collaborate with colleagues from globally distributed teams

Requirements:

Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Strong proven programming skills in Java
Experience with APIs, SQL
Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS is a plus
A collaborative mindset and openness to learning and sharing ideas
