Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our TCOO Organization and be part of CIB Operations tech team working on Platforms Modernization & Regulatory/Compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full stack design and development by following engineering best practices. Successful applicant will help enhance, build, and deliver frameworks and business application micro services.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Senior Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of experience in Spring Boot, JPA, Microservices, SQL and NoSQL
3+ year of experience in Capital Markets Technology working on building solutions in any of the following areas (Trade lifecycle, Prime services or Securities Clearing and Settlements)
2+ years of experience in Angular/React.js
2+ years of experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift
2+ years of experience in Apache Kafka/Confluent Enterprise
2+ years of Experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence etc.

Nice to have:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2+ Years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
2+ years of DevOps tool set based continuous incremental delivery experience
2+ years working in OpenShift Container Platform
2+ years working in Micro Front End Architecture
2+ years using SQL Server/MongoDB
