Senior Software Engineer

As a Business Applications Engineer (IC4) in Database Operations, you will lead initiatives and support our diverse Data Platform consisting of RDBMS, NoSQL, ClickHouse, and Azure database services in a Linux environment. This senior role requires architect-level expertise in database design, data modeling, schema optimization, and capacity planning. You will drive automation initiatives, implement Infrastructure as Code, and ensure CI/CD for database deployments. You will also partner with product management, stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify and address critical gaps with low-code/no-code solutions. Enhancement of production services by configuring settings utilizing low-code/no-code solutions to meet and exceed stakeholder needs is also part of the role. You will lead the development and delivery of training sessions and materials on the capabilities of low-code/no-code solutions and system features and proactively tailor content to meet user needs. You are expected to optimize continuous delivery by designing and implementing automated workflows for continuous delivery and monitoring. Leading research initiatives on emerging trends and innovations in the low-code/no-code solution industry and to leverage expertise to implement and drive improvements in customer experience, and to mentor others in evaluating technology trends and drive cross-organizational innovation is part of the requirement.
